Nationals Stadium Vending Lottery Now Open
Licensed food and merchandise vendors can now register for the May 2025 Nationals Stadium Vending Lottery. Registration is open online from May 5–9.
Starting Monday, March 17, DLCP’s customer service center will be temporarily relocating frm the 2nd floor to the 6th floor of 1100 4th Street. Enjoy the same excellent service, now just a few floors higher
RentRegistry, a free online database that will contain details on rental units in the District, will launch soon to allow housing providers to upload specific property information.

The Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection's Business Resource Center is here to help you assess exactly where you are on the business success ladder.
During this in-person session, the DLCP Business Resource Center (BRC) and the Department of Buildings (DOB) staff will provide one-on-one assistance in navigating the regulatory process. You will gain in-depth knowledge about registering with corporations (e.g., Limited Liability Company, Corporations, Non-Profits, etc.) and the basic steps for obtaining a business license the basic steps for obtaining a business license, as well as building permit/certificate of occupancy guidance. This opportunity is designed for both future and current business owners looking to operate in the District of Columbia.
