* Please note that all Home Improvement Contractors and General Contractors doing residential contracting are required to designate and maintain a Basic Business License for at least one (1) Home Improvement Salesperson.

Contractor and Construction Services Fees
- 6-month license - $49.00 (General Contractor/Construction Manager Only)
- 2-year license - $99.00
- 4-year license - $198.00
* Home Improvement Contractor not eligible for 6-month license term
