Applicants for a Basic Business License for the following business activities (Employment Agency, Employment Counseling Service, General Contractor/Construction Manager, Health Spa Sales, Home Improvement Contractor, Moving and Storage) must submit two (2) pre-printed Contracts in at least triplicate, on form which shall comply with existing regulations pursuant to DC Code and DC Municipal Regulations.
