Affidavit Details

All applicants for a Basic Business License for Employee/Salesperson Business must include an Affidavit sworn to before a notary public, by an Employee/Salesperson located in and licensed to engage in the Employee/Salesperson Business in the District of Columbia, certifying that the applicant will be employed by a Regulated Business (i.e., Home Improvement Contractor, Motor Vehicle Dealer, Parking Facility, etc.).
