** The Flavored Tobacco Product Prohibition Amendment Act of 2021 prohibits the sale of flavored tobacco products, including menthol cigarettes, and restricts the sale of electronic smoking devices within a quarter mile of middle schools or high schools in the District of Columbia.**

IMPORTANT: The Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection cooperates with other District of Columbia Government agencies to ensure applicants/licensees comply with all applicable D.C. Official Codes and Municipal Regulations. The agency reserves the right to request additional documentation and/or proof of inspection(s).
