Official Codes and Municipal Regulations. The agency reserves the right to request additional documentation and/or proof of inspection(s).

Operating in the District without proper licensing can result in a Class 1 Infraction that carries a minimum $2,000 fine for the first offense. If an unlicensed subcontractor is used, both the licensed contractor and unlicensed subcontractor may be issued a Class 1 Infraction.
