The Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection (DLCP) is seeking a contractor to enhance and continue the development of the new DC Enterprise Business Portal. This portal will provide a streamlined and efficient platform for customers to apply for, manage, and renew Tier 1, 2, and 3 BBL. Additionally, it will enable DLCP staff to efficiently review and approve applications, further improving the overall licensing process and customer satisfaction.
