This two part workshop will explore the latest laws, trends, and requirements surrounding the regulation of short-term rentals. These workshops are intended to give you a basic understanding of the regulatory processes used to obtain a license. In addition, we will also touch on how to successfully navigate the application process and provide tips on how to stay in compliance with local laws to have a successful rental experience on any booking platform.
