The Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection (DLCP) announces that the application period for temporary fireworks stand licenses is now open.
Application Window
May 27 – June 30, 2025
All applications must be submitted online through the Citizen Access Portal. No paper applications will be accepted.

Required Documentation
Applicants must upload all required documents as part of their submission, including:
- Building permit
- Electrical permit (if applicable)
- Site plan
- Any additional documents outlined in the application guide
Applications must be submitted no later than June 30, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
