The Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection Corporations Division also offers expedited service for each of the filings below:
Expedited same-day service:
$100, in addition to all other fees required by statute or regulation; and
Expedited 3-day service:
$50, in addition to all other fees required by statute or regulation.
Expedited service fee is required for all walk-in customers that receive service at the Business License Center.
These fees went into effect on January 1, 2012.
All check payments must be made payable to "DC Treasurer".
Expedited service may be limited or not available for mail-in filings. Expedited service is available for certain web filings at CorpOnline site.
