Each applicant shall provide a copy of a deed, lease, contract, or other proof of the right to use the space as a vehicle storage lot.

In observance of New Year’s Day, DLCP will close at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, and remain closed through Thursday, January 1, 2026. DLCP will reopen on Friday, January 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Normal business hours will resume on Monday, January 5, 2026.
