Certified Letter of Authorization Details

For a Basic Business License for a Regulated Business (Motor Vehicle Dealer), each individual, partner, and/or officer of a corporation that signs the Car Order and Bill of Sale and/or Conditional Sales Contract must provide a Certified Letter of Authorization with the application.
