All applicants for a Basic Business License for a Regulated Business (Consumer Goods - Auto Repair) must submit a copy of your Written Estimate forms with your application for approval. The forms must comply with existing regulations pursuant to the DC Municipal Regulations Title 16, Chapter 6 § 633.
