Tender of Goods and Final Bill

All applicants for a Basic Business License for a Vehicular Services Business (Consumer Goods - Auto Repair) must submit a copy of your Final Bill and Tender of Goods. The tender of goods shall constitute certification by the dealer that the dealer has fulfilled the dealer’s obligations. The forms must comply with existing regulations pursuant to the DC Municipal Regulations Title 16, Chapter 6 § 637.
