Proof of Residency and Age Details

All applicants for a General Sales and Services Business License (Auction Sales) must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have been a bona fide resident of the District of Columbia for at least six (6) months immediately preceding the application or have been regularly employed or engaged in business in the District of Columbia for a continuous period of at least six (6) months immediately preceding the application.
