The Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection (DLCP) reminds all vendors to register for the Vending Lottery—a requirement for anyone wishing to operate in high-traffic areas across the District, including around the National Mall.
Please also note: Vending is strictly prohibited on certain streets and locations around the National Mall. Vendors must stay informed and follow all applicable District regulations and location restrictions.

Important: You may not vend on restricted streets unless you are selected through DLCP’s SRV Vending Lottery.
