Public Space Permit Details

Some Basic Business License business activities require a Public Space Permit, which is issued by the District Department of Transportation, 1100 4th Street, SW, 6th Floor, Washington, DC 20024, (202) 442-4670.
 
You may apply for a Public Space Permit via Transportation Online Permit System (TOPS).
