The Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection (DLCP) is pleased to announce the reinstatement of the Nationals Stadium Vending Lottery. This opportunity is available exclusively to licensed and compliant sidewalk vendors who hold a Class A (Food) or Class B (Merchandise) vending license.
May 2025 Lottery Details:

Registration Period: May 5, 2025 – May 9, 2025

May Lottery Fee: $100

June 2025 Lottery Fee: $225

Registration Method: All interested vendors must register for the monthly lottery by submitting an online application through the official DLCP website. In-person or paper submissions will not be accepted.
All applications must be completed within the designated registration period. Late submissions will not be considered.
Beginning in June 2025 and continuing thereafter, the cost to participate in the monthly vending lottery will be $225.

Vending Cart and Stand Design Requirements:
Class A (Food Vendors):

Maximum Width: 5 feet

Maximum Length: 8 feet

Maximum Height: 8 feet 6 inches (measured from the bottom of the tire)
Class B (Merchandise Vendors):

Maximum Table Size: 7 feet by 4 feet 6 inches

Maximum Canopy/Tent Height: 9 feet

Table Skirt: Required at all times
Helper Policy:
Each vendor may be accompanied by one licensed helper during vending operations.
