The Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection, Business Resource Center is here to help you diagnose precisely where you are on the business success ladder.
During this in-person session, the DLCP Business Resource Center (BRC) staff will provide one-on-one assistance with navigating through the regulatory process. You will gain in-depth knowledge of registering with corporations (i.e. Limited Liability Company, Corporations, Non-Profit, etc.) and with the basic steps of obtaining a business license. This opportunity is geared towards future and current business owners looking to conduct business in the District of Columbia.
The first session will focus on imparting information. In contrast, the second session will concentrate on status updates and on third session will focus on processing (attendees should bring all necessary documents and ensure fees are paid).
