You can now schedule an appointment for the following services:

• Business Licensing
• Corporations
• Occupational and Professional Licensing
• Short Term Rental
• Vending (by appointment only – walk-ins no longer accepted)
• Special Events
• Weights and Measures
• Civil Infractions

How It Works

When you book an appointment online, you will receive:

• A confirmation email and text message the day the appointment is scheduled
• An email and text reminder the day before your appointment (based on the contact information you provide)

What to Expect In-Person

• Upon arrival, check in at the DLCP kiosk
• You will be called for service shortly after check-in
• There is a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive after that, your appointment will be cancelled
• If your appointment is cancelled, you may reschedule or take a first-come, first-served ticket and join the regular line

Vending services are now by appointment only. Walk-ins are no longer accepted. To receive service, vending customers must schedule an appointment in advance using the link above.
