DLCP now offers online appointment scheduling to help you save time and skip the line.
You can now schedule an appointment for the following services:
- Business Licensing
- Corporations
- Occupational and Professional Licensing
- Short Term Rental
- Vending (by appointment only – walk-ins no longer accepted)
- Special Events
- Weights and Measures
- Civil Infractions

How It Works
When you book an appointment online, you will receive:
- A confirmation email and text message the day the appointment is scheduled
- An email and text reminder the day before your appointment (based on the contact information you provide)
What to Expect In-Person
- Upon arrival, check in at the DLCP kiosk
- You will be called for service shortly after check-in
- There is a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive after that, your appointment will be cancelled
- If your appointment is cancelled, you may reschedule or take a first-come, first-served ticket and join the regular line

Vending services are now by appointment only. Walk-ins are no longer accepted. To receive service, vending customers must schedule an appointment in advance using the link above.
