Performing Maintenance and System Upgrade

The DLCP Office of Technology and Innovation will be performing maintenance and system upgrades between Friday, February 14, 2025 at 12:00 PM and Monday, February 17, 2025 at 6:00 PM. 

As a result, during that time, the following systems will be down: 

• Accela

• Accela Citizen Access

• DC311

• DLCP/DOB Payment Portal

• QuickBase Apps

• DLCP/DOB Scout

• DLCP/DOB Business Center

• CityGov 

• eRecords (FileNet)

• Address Parcel Owner (APO)

• Generic Payment Portal

• DC Business Portal
